Shell Pilot 1.10.1

Fixed SSH directory tree refresh behavior so remote navigation updates the sidebar without leaking background helper commands into the terminal transcript.

• Remote directory tree now refreshes on real `cd` changes
• Hidden background commands are no longer echoed in the terminal
• SSH sessions stay readable while the sidebar remains in sync
