Fixed macOS folder permissions so access prompts no longer appear on every launch.

• App now uses a dedicated self-signed code signing certificate, giving it a stable identity that macOS can recognize and remember
• Security-scoped bookmarks are now used when saving folder access grants, so permissions persist across app restarts
• Hardened Runtime entitlements added to maintain compatibility with terminal emulator functionality
